Pearl Point Oysters
Available: September - July Packed in 5 and 10 dz. units - ~ 4" in length This delicious oyster is grown via a suspended tray system, enabling the oyster to grow quickly. This process lets the meat grow full in the shell and leaves the shell unmarked by intertidal wear and tear. Grown in Netarts Bay Oregon, we also store this oyster in our certified wet storage until harvested for our customers. The nice light shell and clean , crisp oyster meat makes this oyster a one of a kind. We are now handling triploid Pearl Point Oysters for the summer, and they are running a Medium size, about 4-5 inches in length. They are nice and meaty and do not get "spawney" like other oysters in the summer.
