LUNA OYSTERS - (Crassostrea gigas)

Packed in 5 and 10 dz. units ~2"-2.5" in length. 

Luna Oyster- Grown to rival the size and market of the famed Kusshi and Kumamoto Oysters. These oysters are handled monthly to insure a perfect petite size yet a nice, deep cup. Luna's have delicate meat and flavor
of crisp melon, with a salty cold finish. Tray grown from a  suspended long line
culture system in southern California. Shells are ivory in color.
